Creative brewing from the Bernese JuraBrasserie BLZ-Company has been brewing characterful beers in Orvin since 2015, combining tradition and modern brewing techniques. The beers are produced in small batches with great care - every recipe is homemade, every variety a discovery. The close connection to the region is not only evident in the location, but also in the collaboration with local businesses, direct delivery and open dialogue with the community. The brewery values artisanal brewing with high-quality ingredients, a conscious use of resources and a clear focus on flavour and variety. Regional anchoring: Produced in Orvin, with close links to the local community and short delivery routes. BLZ is part of networks such as the Bois ta Région initiative, which brings together regional beverage producers and promotes the local economy.

Red Pale Ale
The Red Pale Ale is a reddish, top-fermented beer with 6.3 % alcohol and a strong hop bitterness. The combination of caramel notes and a fresh lemon flavour makes it particularly exciting. Full in flavour, balanced in structure - and definitely not a run-of-the-mill beer.
