BFM
Creative brewing from the JuraThe Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes (BFM) was founded in 1997 in Saignelégier in the heart of the Jura and is one of the pioneers of the Swiss craft beer scene. The brewery is known for its bold recipes and the use of unconventional ingredients such as pepper, sage and bitter orange peel. Instead of mainstream beers, BFM focuses on artisanal quality and unique flavour profiles that stand out from classic beer styles.
With its creative approach and passion for authentic craft brewing, BFM has also made a name for itself internationally. The beers are brewed in small batches, often matured for years in wooden barrels and bottled unfiltered and unpasteurised - a quality feature that ensures maximum flavour.

PRODUCTS.
La Salamandre
La Salamandre is a Belgian-inspired wheat beer with a floral and spicy bouquet and a light yeast note. The beer is brewed from wheat and barley malt and impresses with its creamy body and subtle acidity, which is typical of wheat beers. Fine notes of bitter orange peel and a pleasant, restrained hoppiness unfold in the finish. The combination of freshness and complexity makes La Salamandre a perfect summer beer.
La Djéronimo
La Djéronimo is a modern interpretation of a White IPA with oats, offering a silky texture and a fruity, complex interplay of flavours. Notes of citrus zest, pepper and floral accents meet a refreshing bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit. A subtle sweetness from the oats balances out the flavour experience and ensures a harmonious, full-bodied beer.
