Made from dealcoholised organic wine from the Airén grape variety, this mousseux impresses with its fine perlage and balanced acidity. With an alcohol content of 0.3 % vol. and a residual sugar content of 31.4 g/l, it is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light dishes. Best enjoyed well chilled at 6-8 °C.

Certified organic: They are produced in accordance with the guidelines of organic farming, certified by DE-ÖKO-039.

Vegan: No animal products are used in production, which makes the mousseux suitable for a vegan diet.

Non-alcoholic: With an alcohol content of just 0.3 % vol., it offers an enjoyable alternative for anyone who wants to avoid alcohol.
