Tradition and innovation from the AppenzellerlandGoba AG, formerly Mineralquelle Gontenbad AG, is located in the hamlet of Gontenbad in the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden. The company has been producing mineral water and soft drinks made with the mineral-rich spring water from Gonten since 1930. Under the leadership of Gabriela Manser, who took over the management in 1999, Goba AG has developed into an innovative company that combines traditional values with modern production methods.

Promotion of biodiversity: Goba AG is actively committed to the protection of nature, which is reflected in its corporate philosophy.
Utilisation of renewable energies: In March 2024, Goba AG launched the final stage of its expansion programme for the photovoltaic system at Gontenbad in order to further increase its energy efficiency.
Food upcycling initiatives: The company utilises surplus food, such as pumpkins, to produce new products in order to reduce food waste.
Reusable: Goba uses reusable glass, which improves the overall ecological balance and produces less waste.
