Bänz drinks combine apple juice from high-stem trees with other regional fruit juices - 100 % of course, with no frills. Production takes place in collaboration with the Hurni & Sohn cidery in Ferenbalm, where the fruit is processed and bottled. By using local ingredients, clear recipes and vegan clarification, Bänz consistently favours sustainable enjoyment.

ENGAGEMENT.

Regional value creation: The apples used come from high-stem fruit trees in the canton of Bern and neighbouring regions. Production is entirely local - from pressing to bottling.

Natural production: All drinks contain no artificial flavourings, preservatives or added sugar. The natural fruit sweetness is all you need.

Preservation of old fruit varieties & cultural landscape: Bänz and its partner companies promote the care and replanting of standard trees - an active contribution to biodiversity and the protection of traditional forms of fruit growing.

Vegan production: No animal products such as gelatine are used to clarify the apple juice - for example, by using pea protein.

PRODUCTS.

Apple-raspberry
An ideal thirst quencher for anyone who likes it fruity but not too sweet. The strong aroma of ripe raspberries meets the natural acidity of apple juice - no frills, but lots of flavour. The raspberries come from the Niederhauser family in Gals in the Bernese Seeland - grown regionally and with love.

A drink with character: the slightly tart note of quince adds excitement to the glass and harmonises perfectly with the mild sweetness of the apple juice. Earthy tannins meet fruity freshness - for those who like it less mainstream.
