La:Coquine
La:Coquine is a mild beer creation that was developed on the basis of the classic blonde beer. Fresh mint and lemon balm are added during fermentation, giving the beer a distinctive, fresh flavour that is noticeable on both the nose and the palate. The Perle and Tettnanger hop varieties used round off the flavour profile harmoniously.
