PRODUCTS.
Felsenau Junker
The Bärner Junker is a Spezial Hell with 5.2% vol. alcohol and an original wort of 12.3%. It is characterised by its golden yellow colour, a floral, fresh aroma and a malty taste with moderate hop bitterness. The finish is dry, crisp and has a fine herbal flavour. This full-bodied, hoppy-tart beer with fine carbonation and a malty finish is carefully and expertly brewed on the banks of the River Aare.
Felsenau Amber
The Bärner Amber is a Vienna Lager with 5.5% vol. alcohol. It impresses with its noble, shining amber colour and a unique aroma created by the use of caramelised malt and bitter, delicate hops. This beer offers a seductive flavour experience for lovers of characterful beers.
